    They never sent the emails we paid them for and they took our money. Every time we ask for a email send report, the sales person says the “tech support” department is working on it. Then they blamed our web site for not enough bandwidth. Again, no report. They did not send us a email send report. They did not send us a load test report. They refuse to honor their “money back guarantee”.
