I like the availability of their online support as well as their phone support. It’s nice to be able to have someone available to speak with or chat with when I need extra help with my campaigns.
The video tutorials on the site are easy to follow and offer step by step instructions for many of the features on the site.

I have to say that while I’m a big fan of their software and templates, the best feature by far is their customer support. I’ve had dealings with Constant Contact and iContact in the past but for sheer friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to help, Benchmark is my personal fave. Also, love their webinars!

I signed up for a 30 day free trial and was pleased to discover that this provided me access to all of the features offered on the site! I enjoyed playing around with the tools and sending out emails to myself and friends, all without having to pay for it. I did not have to provide any credit card information for this and that made me feel more comfortable about using their free trial. I knew I wouldn’t have to worry about canceling anything once the 30 days was over to avoid being charged! Give them a try if you are considering going with an email marketing company. You will not be disappointed with the services offered by Benchmark Email!
