    What I really liked about this service… its extremely easy to use and always being developed to keep up with new ideas and services on the web

    What I did not like about this service… not a lot. the manuals need updating more often to keep up!

    What features I wish this service had… they are working on a better form builder, salesforce integration and other new features and the suggestions forum is a great idea, so most of what I want gets added over time

    BTW – Philip, you can have a multi-option unsubscribe so people can chose what to sign up to and unsubscribe from, its part of the package

    What I really liked about this service… Ways of use and nice people to deal with

    What I did not like about this service… Sometimes the support lines are busy and email response to problems is not great.

    What features I wish this service had… unsubscribe in not helpful when you have various topics
