I truly like Emailvision’s email and customer intelligence platform. We started with Emailvsion a little over a year ago using them as our email hosting provider. I have to say that not only have we had very little problems with our backend, campaigns went out seamlessly. And thanks to their Accounts staff that is ALWAYS there when we had questions:) We always gotten the timely responses we need. And they helped to improve our deliverability in the inbox! The huge plus that they are scalable, that is we started with them with only a modest list size and as we grew, Emailvision offered other tools we definitely wanted to take advantage of once we grew … and we did! There Customer intelligence tool made a world of difference with significant uplifts. Segmenting by purchase history and other behavioral tactics was simply and ease to use. Platoform very user friendly for us. We have been using it for a little over 4 months in just a few months, we find it be just the right tool we needed. We got the training we needed and we can see the advanced tactics in its platform has paid off on the bottom line for us. We are very pleased! We certainly made the right decision from our previous entry level provider.

Not good for gambling/forex I worked for neogames and forex and my managers tried in both companies to get out of their contract. Terrible customer support
Jon review of Emailvision Inc. 3.2/10
Not real technical answers from the support team. Full of bugs, they will always justified themselves rhetorically, they will be always right, never real solutions are granted.
Not suitable for Gambling / Forex / Binary Options / or financial services.
Very poor deliverability, they will justified them selves blaming the HTML’s.
Although you are trying to cancel the contract already on the first two weeks, they threat on you using ‘legal-bureaucratic’ procedures, that will force you to pay for the original contract, even if is a years contract, forcing you to “send” email that won’t be delivered.
Be careful with this company, they have an excellent business model to grab clients, but the platform and their deliverability is poor.

Emailvision takes your comments very seriously and we would like find out more about your experience. The feedback you are giving is not the sort we normally receive, and learning more would be helpful for us to take corrective actions should they be necessary.
In respect of deliverability, Emailvision has a global acceptance rate of in excess of 97% for our retention clients, and should a client have a problem, we work closely with them to resolve it,. We see our clients as partners when it comes to deliverability, as this is primarily defined by the quality of a senders reputation, based on the list and email program.
Additionally, our client satisfaction rate is 86% and many of these customers represent the sectors you mention. I would appreciate it if you could contact us directly at CustomerService@emailvision.com to discuss your situation in more detail.

Tons of features. Slow response from some tech people. Training on the system seems to be an extra – there are some great books, but apparently they have to be given out at one of their for-pay training sessions. Loads of features, but seems like every little thing is an add-on for an additional fee. ROI is decent IF you utilize ALL of the features. If you don’t get into the transactional emailers, really utilize the segmentation they offer, then you may be better off with a less-feature-rich company.
Despite the decent rating, don’t bother with their “message preview” rating. Go to Email on Acid for that. I have found that feature to be poorly implemented in Emailvision. Comparing their screenshot to what I received in my inbox for Outlook 2010, it wasn’t even close to the same. Often I find their renderings misinterpret code in ways the email clients do not. Many of them actually won’t load even though the thumbnail says that the screenshot is ready. And, despite having one rep say that it should be unlimited message previews, we were only given a handful and told that additional message previews are an additional fee.
The tech support seems slow and many of the questions I’ve had have revolved around poor training and/or documentation.
The overall amount of features has made it a definite step up from Vertical Response, but not the support I’d have wished for.
