    We were searching for an email service provider that focuses on business email marketing (B2B email marketing) and selected Pinpointe. The system is feature-rich, intuitive and customer service is very responsive. We had a few initial questions when we set the A/B testing and when using what Pinpointe calls ‘behavioral targeting’ – which allowed us to send campaigns to people and select recipients based on whether or not they had opened previous emails or clicked on specific links.

    Full featured and easy to use. We tested http://www.pinpointe.com, iContact and Constant Contact and Pinpointe has the broadest features with an intuitive user interface. Pinpointe support was very helpful and responded within 1-2 hours when we tried email. They also have online chat support that was very helpful. We used the survey feature and saved ourselves the $19.95 we were spending with SurveyMonkey.
