The best free eMail service providers – are you one?

Banner-areyoufree

Before the web came along we writers often were only as good as our research and time allowed. It was a lot easier to miss something important than almost any of us would care to admit. The only good thing (for us) was that we controlled the communication channel so, if we didn’t want to print a correction, admonishment or opposing opinion, we just didn’t, unless we had to.

Now we are literally bombarded by feedback from multiple channels. From web comments to blogs to twitter, everyone has something to say about anything we have to say. This is fantastic because now as a writer, I have thousands of contributing editors looking over my shoulder ready to add their experience and insight to every post I write — that’s awesome!

So, when our CEO at the eMail Guide suggested a post about free eMail services (not demos) available, well, I figured why not involve the community we serve to make sure we got them all! Here’s your opportunity to let people know you have a free service they can take advantage of. The criteria is simple, the service just has to be unlimited time wise. In other words, to get featured you just need to be an eMail service provider who offers a  “forever free” solution which is not a timed demo. Obviously there will be some reasonable limitation on any free service so, please list those with your comment.

Post your comments with what you have to offer and why people should use your free service to get their eMail marketing message out! We’ll verify and compile the results and feature the top “forever free” services @ The eMail Guide!

MailChimp has a freemium plan that lets you send to 500 people up to 6 times a month (so 3,000 recipients per month). Same features and same customer support you get with paid accounts. Details were posted on our blog: http://www.mailchimp.com/blog/freemium-email-marketing-from-mailchimp/
