Email Production Specialist

The Role
We are looking for hardworking, thorough, efficient, intelligent and creative thinking professionals to join our dedicated and friendly team. The role will suit an email marketing professional with 2+ years’ experience of using email delivery platforms such as Responsys, ExactTarget, Silverpop, CheetahMail, Epsilon and Strongmail.

Successful candidates will assume responsibility for testing and deploying email marketing campaigns for major brands like Hilton, Skype, Lilly and Best Buy.

Our email deployment specialists are responsible for campaign production tasks, including the import, export and preparation of data, segmentation, message testing and final deployment. You should have a good working knowledge of HTML and be able to handle basic forms, dynamic and triggered campaigns.

Business Development Representative

The Role
This new role will involve presenting Alchemy Worx Inc. and its service offerings to major brands and blue chip companies engaged in both B2B and B2C. Your role will be to engage new customers, to build relationships, and to qualify new business opportunities for the agency to follow up with proposals and pitches wherever appropriate.

We seek highly motivated self-starters with an excellent track record in business development and sales, and it is essential that you are first-rate at verbal and face-to-face communications with a real talent for presenting. Successful applicants will almost certainly have a degree and a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience working for a digital marketing, advertising or media company.

You’ll need to be good at:

• Face-to-face and telephone communications
• Preparing and giving presentations
• Achieving business growth targets
• Building client relationships
• Working in a team environment
