Carolyn is Marketing Manager for S&S Worldwide, a direct marketer of arts & crafts, sporting goods and educational supplies. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of all email marketing programs. Since 2005 she has dramatically grown the outbound email program and developed a wide variety of highly successful triggered and transactional email campaigns designed to engage customers, drive sales, improve service and overall customer satisfaction. In addition to email marketing, she is actively involved in all aspects of web marketing for S&S. In her spare time she is the email marketing contributor for Practical E Commerce, speaker and contributor at industry conferences, and featured in trade articles and webinars. She is an Email Marketing Consultant for Boldleaf Design www.boldleafdesign.com.

Carolyn holds a BS in Marketing from Umass Dartmouth and currently pursuing an MBA in E Commerce and Global Marketing from the University of New Haven.
