Sales Representative

• Compensation: base plus commission, commensurate with experience and meeting sales goals

Sales rockstars have unlimited income potential at Blue Sky Factory, with no sales caps, no territories or other restrictions on income, and a dynamic lead generation program that gives you unlimited opportunity if you’ve got the skills to convince, convert, and close.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Present and sell company products and services to prospective and current clients
• Aggressively follow up on leads and referrals
• Develop and maintain extensive service offering knowledge
• Serve the mutual best interests of Blue Sky Factory and its prospective and current customers
• Meticulously manage sales information, including prospect data, status reports, activity, closings, and adherence to goals using Salesforce.com
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Outstanding written and oral communications skills, coupled with the ability to think creatively and dynamically on the spot, are required
• Ability to listen well, persuade, and influence others for mutual benefit
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Prior successful business to business sales experience is a strong plus
• Computer and online literacy required, including but not limited to office productivity applications, Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, email, and the Web
• Prior successful experience prospecting and selling via social networks and email is a strong plus
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
